This will be a weekly training course that players will sign up for by the week. To participate in this training you must be an intermediate to high level select baseball player.


Weekly Schedule:

Monday: 12pm-2pm Training at KT Lanes. This will be a high level strength, agility, & conditioning training mixed in with fielding drills.


Tuesday: 10am-12pm: Hitting at Batting Lanes 210. We will rotate through 2 hours of drills and hitting stations at Batting Lanes. We will track progress using the hittrax systems


Wednesday: 12pm-2pm Training at KT Lanes. This will be a high level strength, agility, & conditioning training mixed in with fielding drills.


Thursday: 10am-12pm: Hitting at Batting Lanes 210. We will rotate through 2 hours of drills and hitting stations at Batting Lanes. We will track progress using the hittrax systems
